At Riverside Kennels, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to all our clients, we operate the following cancellation policy:

• Daycare Bookings:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will not be charged.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a charge of 50% of the booking fee.

• Boarding Bookings:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date may forfeit the deposit or be subject to a charge equal to 100% of the total booking cost.

• No Shows:

• If you do not show up for your booking without prior notice, you may be charged the full amount.

We kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
